We didn’t make it to the official festival program, but Eira Cafe hosted one of the best locations with a huge audience to see our 3 sets.  Most of the festival acts only get one set – so we considered ourselves very lucky to have 3.

House Cats

All the sets were fantastic.  The House Cats also ran an open mic event, just like our monthly event in Eltham.  It was very well attended and we heard some fantastic open mic artists.  Next year I think it needs to be 2 hours.

And there were no injuries this year – Phew!

We were delighted to be invited to back Pippa Wilson at the Victorian Jazz Club.

Pippa, Ann and Kevin were reunited with

Ron Sandilands (drums). At the last minute, we learned that our bass player was unwell so we were very pleased to meet the safe hands of Geoff Woods.
