Port Fairy Jazz Festival – Feb 2019

I love going to the jazz festivals, especially when they are in beautiful seaside towns. February is usually beautiful warm weather. This year was a little shock to the system – it was cold! and I couldn’t get to the beach!

we performed in many different combinations.

Ann Craig Duo
Jazz Notes with Rick Correnza
Pippa Wilson with Jazz Notes
The House Cats

Apart from all my music friends I am very proud to be able to play with my kids at these festivals. Ashley joined me in Jazz Notes with Rick Correnza and both Ashley and Justin played with the House Cats – Open Mic Set.

And I was thrilled to watch Ashley and Justin in their band Juxtaposed – they were absolutely fantastic.
Justin also had is Trio in at the festival and was asked to fill in for the Port Phillip Show Band.

A fantastic festival – full of wonderful memories.

Ann & Kevin – A & K Melodies

During 2019 we continued to develop our A & K Melodies business. We offer entertainment sessions to different community groups.

We’ve had regular sessions at the Weary Dunlop, Nellie Melba retirement villages and have built quite a following.

Every month we enjoy playing for a special group at the Caladenia Dementia Care in Mooroolbark.

We offer themed sessions, sing-alongs and beautiful music to an enthusiastic audience of clients, staff and volunteers.

e really enjoy entertaining these various groups.

We will also be offering our sessions at, Uniting AgeWell, BlueCross.

If you have a family member in a care facility, please pass our details on.

We know there are many facilities that are always looking for entertainers for various music sessions.

We are very great full for the support of the Graeme Howie Family. They have encouraged us to continue this activity, it was something that our friend Graeme Howie supported strongly and we are very pleased to be able to honor his wishes and bring happiness to so many people.
